STEPPING FORWARD INFORMATION SESSIONS

Session 1 - Families Stages of Change

Session 2 - Effective Communication

Session 3 - Alcohol and Other Drugs Information

Session 4 - Drug and Alcohol Treatment Options

Session 5 - Setting Workable Boundaries

Session 6 - Dealing with Conflict

Session 7 – Families and Ice

Each session runs for approximately 2 hours and is open to the public.
