Family Drug Support is pleased to offer the creation of indivdual memorial pages of loved ones lost to illicit drugs. These pages will be linked from their Memorial Stone on the Memorial Page.

Please view the sample page by clicking on the stone. If you would like a page created, the following is requested:

Email:

a maximum of 3 photographs of the person, one of them being a portrait if possible. The images to be in JPEG or GIF format preferably. Include the text (max 300 words) that you would like inserted into the heading and the area below the main photo. Include any other text you would like inserting in the Memories section including photo descriptions etc (max 200 words). Please try to comply with the layout format displayed in the sample.

If you are unable to provide digital photos please email the FDS webmaster for a mailing address for the photos to be sent to.

The page will be created within 7 days.

Once you have viewed your page, email any errors or minor changes to the FDS webmaster.

Alternatively if you already have a memorial site on the net we can provide a link to it directly from your loved one's memorial stone. Please email the URL to the FDS webmaster.

Family Drug Support is pleased to provide this service free and although there is no cost for these memorial pages, donations are always welcome and needed.
