Here I sit in such turmoil
with this family I’ve been given.
I have frequent thoughts amidst chaos,
that life is not worth liven.
Anger and upset all around,
on a daily basis I have found.
Have a good look and be aware,
just what makes you most despair.
Learn from this and tell yourself,
I have a voice, don’t sit on the shelf.
Find someone out there to listen and
care,
to your hopes and dreams of what could
be there.
Then make a solemn promise that it is
happiness you seek,
stand by this promise and let yourself
reap.
A life less stressful with happiness and
glow,
never give up hope,
this is a life you can know.
Relish in the moment and look back in
view,
of the life you once hated but this is
anew.
